A place for player-made NPCs for anyone wondering who's who, or would like to save some notes on their latest PrP creation. Please do not make a separate page for NPCs. Non-DM made NPCs are "less official" when working with them (mostly this means that "higher-up" NPCs should be controlled by staff--this is more for RPing a long-lost cousin, and so on).
