Ionus

Ionus was adopted and raised at a monastery of Bright Wardens in the frozen Winter Reach of Stormgarde. In his late teens, the elder monks informed him of a vision which sent him on a lengthy quest to the Temple of Daeus in Alexandria where he eventually found his way as an acolyte, peeler of potatoes and eventually as a young priest. He is usually bright, cheery and sometimes naively literal.

He also has no fear of death; although his contention that there are excellent cookies in the Halls of Waiting has been quietly rebuffed by both elder priests in his own temple as well as the Vardamans.. :(
