A moment's adjustment in position, and Paenitia and Ramirez are late to the fight.

The Red Knight astride her Ivory Steed arrives with her loud fan-fare and feather-fare. She lines up her lance on the troll she esteems the leader, one with a bag on his face. "I am Sister Paenitia! You will fight only me! Give your name!"

She repeats her challenge in gnoll, sounding like a little yapping spaniel on the hippogryph's back. Ramirez roars, they rush in.

The little lucht levels her lance, striking the troll in the center of his chest, and ripping through its side as she passes and pulls her weapon free.

The troll falls.

Lysos has a moment to approach panic.. the trolls seem to be everywhere. On the boat, on a lance.. but thankfully, she managed to put a large body between her and one of them. "Wow.. that actually worked!" she exclaims, then follows it up with, "Krak!" as she channels power through her foot as it stomps the deck. The footing underneath the troll Edinaz engaged lurches, the troll falls.

Razen sets fire to the troll that was holding the face-book. Just to be safe. Magic. He shudders. One could never be TOO safe with magic.

Serveral trolls have boarded the airship and are attacking the adventurers and the crew. A few more have died trying to make it to said airship. The grasslands are a bit on fire as a result.

Paenitia just finished the troll with the face bag, Lysos dropped another and Razen just set the first one on fire.

Jinks says, "I'M SICK AND TIRED OF THESE MOTHERF*****G TROLLS ON THIS MOTHERF*****G AIRSHIP!"

Edinaz takes full advantage of the troll going down, thrusting his swords into the soft, squishy parts with pretty good accuracy.

One of the trolls goes straight for Razen and lands two claw strikes. The other rips on crew members, and the third decides that Paenitia deserves some attention.

Jinks' first quiver is quickly getting light. The gnome continues to sing the Hymn into focus around his allies and try his best to track the boarding giants with his onyx-black eyes. He watches Paenitia and Edinaz, both, dispatch a troll and then the next set surge over the railing. The next volley whistles through the air with startling rapidity (nevermind that one that goes twirling end-over-end to the left of the gnome!). Four little needles pierce thick troll flesh and bury down to the fletchings.

Farland's over by the crew, of course, and is doing his level best to protect them from the troll they're fighting. He's been casting a spell. A potent one, if you know your magic, and the troll stops dead in its tracks. Eyes wide. It cowers back from whatever it's seeing ...

... and then keels over dead.

As the chaos continues, and her primary target is brought down by the paladina and the Oruch warrior, Faran calls a, "Well struck!", before turning her attention back to the beleaguered airship. Her empty hand lifts, fingers curled in the start of her invocative postures as her voice takes up the reverbative resonance of the powers she taps into, "Ravenous warmth and piercing light, I free thee now from Order's Cage, yield yon power to mortal fight, and Unleash now thy deadly rage!" <halfling>

The golden orb of mana arcs out toward the airship, only to explode some feet behind the troll, leaving it the only thing engulfed by the mystical conflagration.

She nudges Torrent, quickly taking to the reins, and she brings the arachnid around to form a flanking pincer with Razen about the troll who'd assailed him, confident in Paenitia and Ramirez's devastating teamwork.

Trolls everywhere! A fireball!

The other Lucht Knight, Paenitia, wheels her mount around and attacks the troll that bounced a blow off her armour. She thrusts! Her first strike is true, a solid and powerful on, but the next to pokes fail to come close.

Ramirez rawrs! A flurry of beak and claw, he snaps, rends, tears, and rips some more. Troll flesh flying, troll blood spattering on the hippogryphs breast, making him appear festive for a festival past.

The pair, concentrating, inflict some serious injuries.

After Farland's magic drops another troll, Lysos reaches for it, once more unleashing twin beams of white fire that lance into the troll's body. Just to try and make sure it doesn't get back up.

The trolls have not done well, if we're honest.

Farland's magic dropped one dead, to the shock of the crowd observing it and hacking at it with their swords. The crew was definitely not up for fighting trolls, but then, who was?

The adventurers, of course! Though the trolls are able to deliver strike after strike with their long claws, and you'll probably never know what the bag with the face stitched on it was going to do, they've managed to get under your armor in a few cases. Deliver some gashes. Raze for example, have had some bleeding wounds struck to them by claws and teeth.

That said, wit hthe amount of fire being flung around driving them further into berserker rage, and their numbers having dwindled down to a sole troll, you at least have the danger as under control as it can be for the moment.

Edinaz rushes away from the troll he perforated, and rather hastily scampers over towards the troll plaguing Paenitia. It's more like a bloody slap with poor edge alignment than a deep cut, but it'll sting a bit!

The crew is backing up now that thre's just the one left, and the one they were near is on fire. Farland is doing his best to shield them.

Faran's support of Razen ends with alacritous violence, even as the other troll is felled by other magic, and so it is, with the nudges and tugs, she wheels Torrent to better support Paenitia with her foe.

The albino knight thrusts her lance at the troll once she things she has the angle, but alas, perhaps still troubled by the rash of bites she suffered from the grass clearing endeavours, the weapon whistles past a ratty, and rather rank, armpit.

As the albino knight moves in and thrusts, the red knight repositions herself and her mount to take best advantage of the assistance. "Hola! Much thanks! We shall cut him down to size in the short time."

Her thrust goes wild, as do the rest of them.

Ramirez, red and green with fury, is more focused and more determined. Rawwrk! He bites at an ear, rakes talons across the chest, then snaps his beak around the creatures throat, whipping his head to tear it free. Covered in ichor on beak and talon, the giant bird-horse rends his opponent.

This finishes the troll off.
